Good water fountain

Ordered the fontaine à eau pour chat sans électricité. Arrived quickly. Works well. My cat drinks more now. Simple and effective.

Love the cat tree!

Just got the 'arbre à chat design' and it's fantastic! It looks so modern in my living room and my cats are already obsessed with it. They've been climbing and scratching like crazy. Shipping was faster than I expected, too. Totally recommend this store!

Reliable as always

This was my third order from Chatmouillé, this time for a 'tapis de litière' and some 'balles de jeu'. As usual, the products arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Their quality has been consistent across all my purchases. My previous order was for a 'tunnel pour chat' a few months back, and it's still holding up great. It's why I keep coming back.

Nice products, slow delivery

I ordered a 'hamac de fenêtre pour chat' and it seems pretty sturdy, my cat loves sunbathing in it. The quality of the materials is good for the price. However, the shipping was a bit slow; it took nearly two weeks to arrive which felt long. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. I'd definitely buy from them again for unique items, just need to factor in the delivery time.

Detailed review of cat carrier

I purchased the 'sac de transport respirant' a few weeks ago for vet visits. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and the descriptions were accurate. It arrived in about 8 days, well within the estimated window. The carrier itself is quite spacious and has good ventilation; my cat seemed much calmer in it compared to her old one. The shoulder strap is comfortable, and the zippers feel durable. I also appreciated the small side pocket for treats. It's a good quality item for the price paid, offering decent value for a sturdy and functional cat carrier. The fabric is also easy to wipe clean after use.
